Vim Dishwashing Bar

Vim is the category leader when it comes to dishwashing bars and liquids in India and is one of Unilever's most important brands in the homecare segment. Back in 2018 when they were on hunt for a new digital creative agency for their entire homecare category, they reached out to us with a unique brief on Vim - create interesting 6 second bumpers for our brand. My job started by liaising with our planning team to get in touch with Group M global agencies and pull relevant insights and learnings when it comes to behaviour patterns of homemakers in the country. After identifying a key insight (homemakers don't want boring dishwashing ads when they are taking some time off from chores and spending time on YouTube), we decided to create key bumpers that highlighted the product USP in a fun and engaging manner. I led the entire creative process including working closes with the voiceover artist to ensure we came up with a perfect product.
The end result? We won Unilever's entire mandate of homecare brands while the videos performed very well for the brand and is still regarded as a global benchmark for Unilever.
