Indus Fresh is a premium e-grocer for fruits, vegetables and exotic fresh produce. Owned by a reputed business family, the brand had been suffering for the past few years due to low relevance and poor branding. They came to us in the midst of the pandemic when the new-normal created a massive demand for fresh and safe delivery of groceries. The brief was to reimagine the brand from scratch, find a unique positioning space, define the tonality and personality of the brand and translate it into engaging communication pieces. This was a one-man project for me and the subsequent pitch presentation not only won us the account but also sailed through with minimal modifications.
